Stephen Ahmed | CIC-Licensed Broker
Stephen’s career at Ahmed Insurance Agency began soon after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Nichols College. He primarily handles all commercial line business for the agency but will happily answer questions regarding personal insurance as well. His continued education in the insurance industry, including his designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) allows Stephen to offer customers competitive premiums and comprehensive coverage. When time (and weather) permits, Stephen can be found on the golf course.
Florence Ahmed | CPIW-Licensed Broker
Florence has been with Ahmed Insurance Agency for over 40 years and has been a licensed broker for over 25 years. She oversees bookkeeping and manages daily administrative operations. As the wife of George and mother of Stephen & Pam, Florence is hugely invested in Ahmed Insurance both professionally and personally. When she isn’t at the office Florence stays active, spending her free time swimming and walking. She also enjoys quilting, traveling and spending time with her family.
Pam Ahmed-Boucher | CPIA, CPIW-Licensed Broker
Pam is a graduate of Marian Court College and has been with the insurance agency since 1989. She holds various insurance certifications including, Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) & Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She works closely with customers to provide the best possible service in both personal and commercial insurance handling everything from policy processing, to claims changes, to new accounts. Outside of office hours, Pam is likely to be found cheering her son and his teammates on from the sidelines.
Kimberly D. Ahmed | Business Development
Before joining Ahmed Insurance Agency Kim brings her management experience in both marketing and client services roles in the manufacturing, technology, and healthcare industries. Kim brings her passion for customer service and networking with her as she spearheads Ahmed Insurance Agency’s marketing efforts to grow the business. Kim’s mantra is: “Meet someone new & touch a life”.
